What a man! Unfortunately we had a nightmare last night and got ourselves locked out my partners mothers house, which she was house sitting for and subsequently, her flat key was on that key too. We called around for ages and this gent was on his night off but recommended many people to call. My partner got hold of someone who said they was on their way, but couldn’t give us a price, in desperation we had them on their way. During this time, this company called us back to make sure we was okay and explained we had someone on the way and he said be careful as it didn’t sound right and to call him if any issues, which there was two blokes turned up in a car and said it would cost £300, luckily this company’s foresight on the phone and having him on the phone, made sure they left without a fuss (after trying to say £99 just for coming out) they then went and this company turned up at 11pm on his night off to let us in for £120 and made sure we was all safe. I initially phoned another company who were talking various prices along with VAT this, hourly that etc and couldn’t get to me till a few days later. Phoned Lockswift and he (Peter) was able to turn up within the hour, ahead of his arrival was able to quote me specifics and once he turned up, very polite, got the door unlocked and replaced the barrel (even gave us a 3* instead of a normal one out of the goodwill of his heart) and just like that, we had a house we could get into with a new set of keys. Called due to our door lock not working. Actually correctly diagnosed the issue over the phone. Over promptly to the property. Quickly tried all the non invasive measures before taking the door frame apart to access the issue so as to remove the need to drill out the lock and need new keys. Managed to get access to the property within 20 minutes of being on site. Then installed a replacement as he had one with him to ensure the issue didn't happen again. Genuinely lovely service and a very reasonable price too. Will be my go to locksmith for all needs from now on. ~ Samantha S

Had an absolute nightmare today and was locked out of my flat, i rung around trying to find some help and no one would come out. I finally found the number for Lockswift, the guy was super lovely and came out instantly. He was here within less than half an hour! Our lock was slightly more complicated than usual but without any hesitation or increasing the price he managed to get us in and even fitted a new lock for no extra cost after having to drill through our lock. An excellent service, Peter Martin was the only locksmith to get back to me on a stormy Saturday when I was locked in my flat and my husband was locked outside. He offered help and suggestions even though he could not make it to us. On the Monday he came by to make sure everything was safe and would not accept any remuneration. He was professional and helpful, he explained the lock and what we might want to do to make it safer. I would definitely recommend him and I plan to use his services again when we move. ~ Antinea H

Excellent fast service on a commercial property on a busy Saturday morning. Highly recommend! I was not personally on site but the technician sent me pictures to keep me in the loop.
